英语的短语动词是怎么样概念的？
用于字面意思的“动词+介词”或“动词+副词”叫短语动词吗？
如 come across（偶然发现）不是字面意思，它是短语动词，但come down（下来）也是短语动词吗？
字面意思的“动词+介词/副词”不叫短语动词。
所谓字面意思就是指分别依据动词和介词/副词可以判断其含义，此类搭配不可以叫短语动词。
英语中的短语动词指的是：依据动词和介词/副词没办法判断其含义，由于它们已有了新的意思。
